Aaron Curtis

As an independent consultant, Aaron has vast experience in working with medium to large employers. He has developed benefits solutions for a number of employer types including both privately held and publicly traded companies, employers with collectively bargained agreements, health care facilities, universities, public schools and municipalities, employers with multiple locations, as well as MEWAs and Trade Association Plans. Aaron has also implemented a variety of funding arrangements including self-funding, minimum premium and fully insured contracts.

Aaron is a Graduate of Purdue University where he majored in Interpersonal and Public Communications with an emphasis on labor relations.

Aaron brings to Capstone Benefit Advisors a unique and valuable blend of both insurance expertise and business acumen seldom found in the insurance industry. He has over 21 years of benefits experience working for the Principal Financial Group (formerly JF Molloy & Associates, a nationally known third party administrator). As a leader in the sales organization, he collaborated with brokers and consultants to help employers achieve their benefits goals and objectives.

For the majority of his career with Molloy, Aaron served as a Senior Vice President and was an integral member of the company’s Executive Management Team. He was intimately involved in setting strategic direction and implementing a number of strategic initiatives, including the creation of several subsidiary companies; Molloy Medical Management, Molloy Wellness Company, Molloy Actuarial Consulting Corporation and ClaimAid Consulting Corporation. This experience gives Aaron a unique perspective in understanding business needs and pressures and finding creative solutions to help employers.

Aaron is active in his community and has served with several youth organizations including time as a board member and President of the Brownsburg Junior Football League and a board member and President of the Indiana Bulls Baseball organization. He has also served in several capacities and committees within his church. Aaron currently serves on the Board of Directors for ClaimAid Consulting Corporation.

While not at work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and three grown children. Aaron also enjoys golf and is an avid outdoorsman, spending much of his spare time hunting and fishing.
